Maybe if I could speak with a local customer service employee when the delivery personnel forge that I agreed I'd pick up a package 25 miles away. I'd give a better review

This is a review for ups as a whole. I places and order and it was never delivered. I call ups to find out what happened. They states that the driver delivered it to the wrong house. The excuse he used for this is that the houses are close together. I will agree the houses are close together but it is obvious what drive way goes to what house. We have had other people come to out house that have never been there before and find it no problem. For some reason ups can't seem to handle this. This was not the first time they have been here. Nor was this the first time I have had this issue. I ask ups what house they left my package and was told a blue single wide trailer. There is no blue single wide trailer near my home. Ups asked me if my neibors had the package. I guess I was a supposed to find my own package that THEY lost. Ups told me they would send a driver out the next day to try to recover the package and get it to me. That never happened. I called then the next day around 7 pm to see if this was done and there was no record of it And I had no package. They finally send me an email staying the package was not recovered. This is very poor customer service and they did not seem to care that my package was delivered to the wrong address by the driver because he did not want to confirm the address before he left the package.
