If it's not really 3 times the monthly rent then why do you put that on the website? Verbatim. My year to date amount is just a little bit over 3 times the monthly rent but because I worked a little less than what would be my usual 40 hours that week I can't be approved. Even though I've only been at my job for a month and so I make enough. Not to mention within this month, I was in a bad car accident and miss a few days because of it. But besides the point, they say that even if they went with the year to date amount, 30% of that is still less than this house's rent therefore I couldn't have it. But yet on the website is says the monthly income needs to be at least 3 times the rent. I just moved to Dyersburg and I've never been met with so much callousness and lack of understanding and I'm from a very large city. Just absolutely ridiculous. Don't say one thing on your website and completely disregard that just because you don't want to rent to me and so you get technical. That's sloppy and unprofressional. Terrible impression of this town.
