I can't say enough about how amazing Mitch is! He went above and beyond what I would ever expect. He opened early for me one day because I needed an appliance dolly right then. It was two hours before normal business hours on a Wednesday. Mitch helped us figure out what was wrong with our fuse on our personal vehicle. He gave us step by step direction on loading our car onto the tow dolly. He also got down on the ground and guided my husband on making sure the car was securely fastened down. He had us drive the parking lot and check a second time for any problem. He found that the chain hold was a little tight and helped us get it right.
