I have 2 lower recievers and both are perfect. Ran several hundred rounds through them. Great product and prices
Bought a .308 lower. A weak spot is the pivot pin detent. Pin was too tight, detent broke through the side of the lower. Bolt catch was a sloppy fit also. Waste of money. Trashed it and bought an Aero.
FFL dealer outside Knoxville, TN. I ordered a few of these lowers to experiment with. Lowers assembled without any problems using Bushmaster parts kits. There is minimal gap between upper and lower using Cerro forge upper receivers. I have not run any rounds through them but will update review when complete. The weight difference is huge with these. Can't wait to torture test I'm rooting for them.
I love the 308 lower I bought. All the detents are positive, no mushy safety selector. It's lightweight and ROCK solid. All my parts went in place nice and tight no fiddling or filing. It fits a pa10 upper great considering they have different manufacturers. No wiggle. Slight gap in rear near the start of the buffer tower. Magpul ODG looks really cool and I like that it's engraved as well. so much so I painted it and the safety selectors markings
My ar15 lower from the same blem order on the other hand infuriates me I paid the FFL. The detent that holds in the rear takedown pin eggs out of the inner wall of the lower becuase it's drilled croocked and falls within the lower if the upper is not on the lower. I learned this the hard way the very first time I put it together and pushed the takedown pin in to see if the detent was making proper contact. Still love the 308 version, very light. It just works honestly can't see why it wouldn't for a long time. Gotta love cheap .30 caliber semi auto fun.
Purchased a few polymer receivers. Built two. I have shot over 500 rounds through both without a problem. Maybe the guy who broke one was mortaring it. Who knows. I have beat them pretty good and they still are holding up as good as my aluminum based ones. These are the 4th polymer ones I have tried. All of them have been OK. I like these and the James Madison ones the best. To break one, at least in 5.56, I'd think you'd really have to beat it.
