Hate to say something on a public forum but we have waited and tried since the damage was done just before Memorial weekend 2016. They worked very hard to get someone out to our place before the holiday and I appreciated that effort. Their price was reasonable for a pump out on a septic tank, but that is where it ended. The guy that came out, very nice, but he broke the top of the tank cap when he removed it. Did not say anything about it, and that left problems. They came out and checked it, not sure what was determined, but they sent someone else out to fix it. It did not solve the problem. They sent someone that said the problem was not the tank it was that the lines needed to be flushed, which we had done, still the top is not on the tank. Sick of the issues and they say they are not spending any more time or money on the repair - yet they are the ones that broke it. Bad service - be careful. I would hate to recommend they with this type of customer service. We are still debating on legal ramifications, but being a small business, hate the idea that something could destroy that hard work needed to build it.
