My husband and I have been going to Urgent Team for many years. We both have chronic conditions that require an assessment for the accurate treatment. We normally see Lucy Sturdivant, whom is very educated about our chronic conditions. Lucy refers us to the appropriate doctor that would best benefit in each of our case. Meanwhile, she gives us the medication needed until our appointment can be placed. And informs us that once you see the specialist that a different plan may be changed at that time. She does a very good job of educating you before leaving.
I went in this morning thought I just had a sinus infection. The nurse and doctor both listened to me unlike some places I've been in the past. Turns out I have strep. They were very friendly and extremely thorough. They even have a sense of humor again unlike some other places. It was like being checked out by a family member or a close friend. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The whole staff are friendly and patient. We are never there long and we always get the best care. Dr. Lucy is incredible and listens to our every concern. I love these people and what they do.
The entire staff is friendly and helpful and that's the reason I feel I belong there.
It took almost 2 hours to get checked out and takes way too long, and 11:45 and it's already 1:18 and yet have we been able to see anyone. This "Urgent , Immediate care" that's wrong this takes way too long. Someone could be in a lot of pain and suffering and still wouldn't see a doctor .
