I'm not one to write reviews, but this place is nothing more than a cattle mart & I would like to warn others. I went in this past Saturday with a high fever, chills, cough, etc. They did a Strep & Flu test, both were negative. The NP DID NOT examine me further, she complained about how many people she had seen & that she was tired. They gave me 3 Ibuprofen & a mask to wear around my kids and sent me home. I continued to have a 103+ temp all weekend and I went to my regular doctor fist thing this morning & I have pneumonia!! My doctor gave me the most potent antibiotics available & I'm hoping I don't end up in the hospital! I will NEVER go here again & hope others head my warning.
I believe she means well, but absolutely RUDE! If I am trusting you to help me when I'm sick I don't want you to make me feel like I'm an issue. NOT COOL!
A wonderful experience!! Starting with my inquiry phone call, to my registration, to the professional nurse and then Dr. Tracy, everyone gave me royal treatment!! I had an average 40 minute wait, then about 15 minutes in the examination room! She had a waiting room full and the folks just kept coming!! Everyone was professional yet personable, very helpful, compassionate, informative, and gave all around exceptional treatment! Bible Scripture is posted in numerous places throughout the building! This also gave me great comfort!!!! I was referred to this office by friends and family. I suggest you give them a try!
Tracie is a very decades Dr and my whole family loves her...
I am never sick . But I went in a couple months ago with a terrible cold . Tracie checked my out and got me going right as rain . Same with my wife when she got sick . Our business will be here when we need it .
