First they billed improperly and threaten to turn me over to collection agency while the bill was still in the dispute process. Then after months of no word whatsoever about the bill I found out they DID turn my account over to collections agency. Tried calling the office to speak with someone about the matter and the woman was rude beyond belief. She even laughed when I told her I wasn't going to make a payment until it was all straightened out. She still didn't acknowledge any wrong doing or apologize at all when I proved they were in the wrong. She advised they notified me in June my account would be turned over however my insurance claim clearly shows it was not processed until July 27. This is by far the worst place I've ever had to deal with when it comes to medical bills and if I have my choice they will never read anything of mine again.
