This place have a new management team. The food is great, more activites with a better calendar, excellent care staff, and the Christmas decorations are mind blowing.
The office staff is horrible and they push blame off on anyone. In order to keep their nose clean. They are always under staffed. The CNA'S kill themselves trying too keep up with the patient load. Good people but the office need to work on how they deal with facility.
Don't let them owe you money, you'll never get it. Might be time for them to look into another profession. UPDATE, they're telling me they filed bankruptcy in March 2017, and are now a new company. I wish I could change my "billing company" and keep my same name but not pay any of my bills....
