They don't listen and hang up before you finish your order. Therefore the order is wrong. It used to be a really good place to eat with good food but it is really going downhill.
We enjoy eating here but at peak times they seem to be hurried/forgetful, which that is to be expected. Otherwise all is good!
Usually they do a decent job. Sitting here now waiting for my order. So we shall see how this one turns out.
Customer service @ the St John sucks! Incompetent workers, except for a few that's worked there for a while, older mature workers I'm speaking of that know what's going on. Younger car hops can't properly count & give back correct change. People taking orders are rude & can't take an order properly, much less bring you what you ordered!
They used to be amazing and have more recently gone down hill. They take forever, won't put cherries in their cherry limeade unless asked to-do so. Getting orders wrong when they show up on screen correct. I'm extremely disappointed.
