Could not have all for a better experience food was absolutely awesome, everything from the dining area, buffet area, as well as the restrooms were reasonably clean, and functioned as expected. Two of us enjoyed a great Sunday evening it at the old West steakhouse. We will definitely return again soon. A $35.00 ticket was not bad at all considering the variety on the all-u-can-eat "STEAK"buffet. Complete with fish fillets and peel-&-eat shrimp, and to many down home classics to mention. The only time I was in impressed , would be that the desert bar left me wanting more and the two young servers flirting with the single table (before his guest showed up). That was kinda tacky, but what can you say... Young folks these days:) will refer friends for a great meal in a great atmosphere, at a great price.
Food is very good! Small amount of the staff are not friendly preferably the cook. He may be the owner of the place. They need more food variety for younger kids. The place is extremely clean! The waitresses are super nice and helpful. Over all a great family place. We need more buffet restaurants in our area!
Have ate there multiple times. Three to be exact. The other times were not to bad. The food is decent and staff was ok. However, this time there were multiple issues. First off the food was terrible. It was as if it had sat out all day. Second, the staff was rude. It was as if they didn't even want to be at work.
It started off poorly, and the rest is partly my fault for not leaving right away. Fifteen feet inside the door the floors became extremely slippery, like walking on ice. It was like they were mopped with Crisco. Should have left then. We all had the buffet, so that's all I know of their food. All the food was cold. Meats that should be moist were dry, and the fried chicken that should be crisp was soggy. The strawberry-butter and rolls is delicious, but that's hardly a reason to return here.
First time for me and I have to say I was very impressed! Great food and very friendly wait staff.
