Food is tasty, but very sloppy. They are under staffed with a mix of good and bad waitresses. Some are very nice, some are rude and dirty looking. Be ready to wait over an hour to eat. It's hit or miss. They need new management in a bad way.
Great waffles ....service the first time was awful....had to ask the waitress for everything and she was just unconcern of our orders....but the second visit was awesome the lil blonde headed young lady worked her butt off tending to all her tables plus others and was always coming by to check her tables and as well to make sure our food was prepared the way we liked. Great job! Im gonna find put her name .
Better than the last time I went there. Excellent service and food was good. The time before this, service was sorry. Had to send food back. Will definitely go back.
Friendly service order was right good value for amount of food
Sam is a great addition to the crew. Very friendly and on top of refills, etc. I have had many negative visits here in the past and stopped coming for a few years because of bad service, but I'll be back if she is an example of the direction this store is going.
