We were in a tight situation driving home to PA from AR. Our car was having problems Judy 3 hours from AR so we divided to look into a new vehicle and this was the dealership that had the best deal through my employee discount. Every person was incredibly nice. They allowed me to bring my dog in during the entire transaction, they broke everything down for us and got everything done as quickly as they could considering our circumstances. We got an excellent deal on a brand new jeep that was a 2016 model. We were very lucky to have found this dealership!

Very friendly and helpful. They will pick you up and drop you off too if someone is available. I made an appointment. My issue was when I went back they didn't get all my services done like they said they would. I was told they needed an hour and they had an hour to do it. It wasn't completed. I understand there guys want to get done but you gotta stick to your word. Wanted me to come back but not sure if I'll have the time. Just wish I would have received what was agreed upon.
Dodge dealership in California was more helpful and had better customer service. Drove my 2016 journey back home after leaving the service. Was shocked that southern hospitality or even decent customer service does not exist inside this place. Service department will do everything they can to no do anything at all.Also dont expect any kind of warranty to be honored here.
Great friendly environment, no hustle for the money staff, and done rush you for what ever you may need! Wow can't describe how they treat their guests.
