My review is negative but only with regard to the Secretary and her non-professionalism and non-performance of her responsibilities. We paid for a vehicle on 28 Aug 17 from this lot. We were visiting Tennessee (home) for our annual Homecoming. The Salesman (Jack) was excellent and I would purchase another vehicle from him - excellent service. The title was not ready the day of purchase and we left the next day with a temporary plate heading back to Colorado. Mid-October we still had not received the title to the vehicle and upon calling back it was still on the Secretary's desk. She was asked why but ultimately asked to overnight it. Today (25 Oct 17) over a week later, (a total of almost 2 months later) it was still on her desk. I paid the Salesman to overnight it and I know he will send it out. She should be reprimanded, if not fired. We have not been able to register / license the vehicle and won't be able to until it arrives. Lazy and incompetent is one thing. Keeping the title of a paid-for vehicle is probably criminal.
