If I cld give zero stars I would. Store manager is very rude and unprofessional. I myself is a store manager and bever wld I treat customers in such way

I'm only giving this place one star because I can't rate it 0 stars. This used to be the only dollar store I shopped at. That will no longer be the case. I bought a pair of tennis shoes for my daughter the night before last. She had them on maybe five minutes yesterday, when she came in crying saying they were hurting her feet. I didn't have time to take them back yesterday so I just took them a few minutes ago. I only wanted to exchange them goff a bigger size. I DID HAVE MY RECEIPT. The manager wouldn't let me exchange them because of on very small spot on the sole of the shoe. Now my daughter doesn't have shoes that fit. Of course she has more here. But she needed a new pair, thus being the reason I bought these in the first place. I will NEVER shop at this place again. She was so unprofessional about it. Examining them like I was trying to hide something. I really don't know the problem. And wasn't even asking for a refund. Even though I had a receipt. What if they had of fallen apart after 24 hours? Would you exchange them then? Or no? Would my child be forced to wear ragged shoes? She only needed a bigger size, but now has shoes that don't fit. Thanks Family Dollar, for forcing my child to wear shoes that are too small.

The coupons never work and the workers are rude as Bell they didnt want to give me a refund from the night before when í had the receipt liscen and not opened
