The customer service was great. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. The selection in styles for larger sizes (14 in my case) were the best I've seen in any of the chain stores.
Went into the store today to pick up a layaway .. Yesterday I was told I could use the coupon that printed out after putting the shoes on layaway .. Today the cashier had an attitude about having to cancel the layaway and redoing just for me to use the coupon. She had to call her boss .. And didn't even tell him the whole situation but still had an attitude with me . management will be called .. I called after walkin out the store and she said she was the manager .. I asked when the other one would be there and she says Tuesday . ok but you was the manager so how did you have to call your boss?? So yea she might be loosing her job by Tuesday!! Lmao
It has great service and the workers are very helpful.This is the place my family gets all their shoes
