I really don't enjoy having to waste my time writing these reviews, but I just wanted to share my personal experience with others so they are aware of what kind of customer service to receive.
There have been multiple occasions where my packages have failed to be delivered on time. Keep in mind, none of these packages were requested to be delivered near holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving or between the months of November to December. Furthermore, there were not any natural disasters or events that could have prevented timely, efficient deliveries.
Lastly, I recently ordered a purchase and it was suppose to be delivered tonight. Ironically, their offices close hours prior to that promised delivery time. Hopefully, I'll be able to receive my items tomorrow.
One of the packages was high priority, so we paid for one day shipping. However, the package was delivered TWO WEEKS later than promised!
