The bigger screens in the theatre are very nice. The smaller ones are fine as well. The prices are on the high side. The main downside for me are the chairs. They are fairly uncomfortable and aged. If they were replaced it would be a very nice theatre for this location.
Prices are too high, hot dogs are 6 bucks, dirty bathrooms, drink macho e didn't work right. NEED A NEW PLACE TO WATCH MOVIES IN DYERSBURG
Came to see the new Annabelle movie on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted at the parking lot by the owner Jeff, he had no uniform on nor did he have a name badge, he began to yell and cuss at me and my date for no reason. We had drove all that way to be treated the way we did and were forced to leave.
Freezing cold in the theatre. Very uncomfortable. No senior discount. Prices for drinks and popcorn were way out of line with other theaters in the area.
You have some of the sweetest employees. That being said, 5 of us went Thursday night to the 7:45 showing of Star Wars. At 8:05 I went to the counter to ask when our movie would start. The previews had not even been shown. The young girl informs me and the lady beside me(who had stepped up to ask the same thing)she would have to see if someone knew how to start our movie. She goes over to a group of 4 other employees to ask and one yells and asked me which theater I was in. I was unable to remember the number in which we were seated so 1 of the five starting walking toward us to find out. Upon arriving back to our theatre the projector had been turned on. However, we still had to sit thru the 15-20 mins of previews. Normally, I love the previews but since our movie was 20 mins late in getting turned on, I was not really up for them. Anyway, just one of those things and I am only telling you all about this so you can improve the experience for the next one's on their way to your business.
