Kelly is the most horrific human being I've ever encountered. She needs to be fired! Don't move to dyersburg! You'd be safer living somewhere else then being stuck using this corrupt, evil water company! Twice now they've supposedly said my water bill was $200 when it's never been more than $20. Yet they can't explain why. I had a plumber come out, and he said they were full of it, because there are no leakes, no running water. NOTHING! Then if I can't pay all $200, they shut it off after 24 hours. Then charge you an arm and a leg to turn it back on. When you try to talk to Kelly, she will just insult you and hang up on you! I am done. This woman needs to be stopped.
