We stopped in this town for a lunch and found that the wheel bearing was out of our trailer that we were pulling! We searched the internet for places that would be open ---since it's New Year's Eve we weren't holding out any hope for a lot! This gentleman answered their phone and said go ahead and bring the trailer over if we could stop and pick up the parts, they could get them on before they closed! When we got there they quickly worked together but also notice that the Hub was worn on the wheel and felt like it would give us more problems down the road so they called ahead to the parts store and had them get a part for us and hold it even though they were supposed to close! When we got to the parts store they didn't have the right one so those people called to another parts store and had them pull a part and hold it even though THEY were supposed to close! Meanwhile the gentlemen at Patterson's waited for us to come back after doing all that and willingly and graciously put the part on! We were so grateful for their help and patience while we were so far from home!!! We could not ask for better service or going any further beyond the Call of Duty! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR! !!!!!
