We recently ended up with a torn serpentine belt on our way through town. As luck would have it, it was closing time on a Friday. Robert and his team did what they could to try and find a solution- he tried to get everything fixed up fast, safe, cheap. We weren't able to get out that night and had to grab a hotel. Sure enough the whole team was calling cab companies, recommending hotels, and stayed late until our ride arrived. Next morning I got a call before 8am (on a Saturday) saying the car was fixed (Robert was able to get the parts early). You just don't get that kind of service anywhere.
